A boulder that serves as a plate for starters. Each tripod base fits its own boulder,so each one is unique and exclusive.
These boulders owe its shape to a nearby stream's water, and have been selected by the chef Jordi Roca and his team together with us, with the purpose of getting the guest in touch with the sorrounding landscape.
